You have to set your priorities being aware of what you’re good at. There are always so many things that you ought to do, but what you “can” do is limited. If you try to do everything you ought to do, you end up falling over.
That’s what I told you then as my own definition of management when I was wet behind the ears, but I still believe in this idea today.
