Java-generated snow? Bottom-positioned overlay snow banks? Spiffy photo gallery with gentle motion? Yes, please. Tumblr’s Xmas page gives me the a renewed interest in web design. And that’s a gift that keeps on molesting me, stabbing me with needles and talking loudly over my whimpers.

EDIT: And ohhh, my goodness, I just noticed that the snowflakes pass in front of the photos until you mouseover them, when they move up and the snow passes behind them. This kind of thing is probably not altogether that complicated, but I never get a web page to behave this well. More to learn.
